Get International Transcript Request Form 2011-2024

On the Student Center page, select “Transcript and Verification”, then click on “Request Official Transcript”. Select the CUNY Institution from which you are requesting a transcript and have attended/enrolled. Enter in your email address and then click “Continue”. Confirm your personal information is correct.

You can mail your school transcripts to the University Application Processing Center: P.O. Box 350136 (for Freshman) and P.O. Box 359023 (for Transfer students); Brooklyn, NY 11235-9022.

You can request transcripts electronically or by mail. If sending transcripts electronically, you must use one of the electronic transcript vendors below. If sending transcripts by mail, they must be mailed directly from your registrar.

Digital/PDF transcripts emailed to BMCC/CUNY by the institution or school they are coming from are preferred. Please email digital transcripts to CUNY/UAPC: admissions@cuny.edu or transcripts@cuny.edu. We also accept transcripts sent to BMCC at the email address: transcripts@bmcc.cuny.edu.

After placing the transcript request order online, you can check the status of the order on the Parchment Tracking page. You can either sign into your Parchment account or search using your Document ID Number (DID) given to you on the receipt of your order.

How long does it take for an Official Transcript to be mailed to a specified address? Transcript orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

As a transfer applicant, you'll need to provide us with official transcripts from each school attended. You may request your transcripts to be sent electronically or via mail to CUNY/UAPC.

Usually, it must be sent by your school in a sealed envelope. However, some colleges will allow you to send your scores directly. If your transcript is not in English, you will likely have to get a certified English translation.
