You can take a leave for 7 semesters (Includes summer semester). If you return later than 7 semesters from the last time you attended classes (includes summer semesters), you may be required to re-apply for admission and pay an additional re-admission fee.

Attendance. The department adheres to UVU policy regarding attendance: five absences in a term will result in failure of a course. There are no "excused" absences aside from official University Excusals.
