To complete the cancelation form, please visit the Front Desk of any Lincoln YMCA.

If you wish to terminate your membership, please complete a termination form at any YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee location or online. Dues that become due within 15 days of signing this termination form will take place.

In order to terminate or change your membership status you must give the YMCA written notice by the 15th of the month prior to the draft you want to terminate or change. Please complete the change form listed below or fill out the change form at any YMCA of Greater Waukesha County location.

We understand that certain life situations, circumstances or other reasons may cause you to leave our Y.
