If you are seeking a private high school transcript or record, please contact the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). We cannot provide transcripts from a college or university you attended located outside the State of Maryland.

Request for transcripts requires payment of $5.00 per copy and takes 7 business days to process. Please send payment in form of check or money order to AACPS, along with request form to the above address. Visa or MasterCard is also accepted. Please include your credit card number and expiration date on this form.

The Access ID is your child's AACPS lunch/student identification number and a lowercase letter p (the 6-digit code used when purchasing lunch or a student's computer username). Example: 123456p b. The Access Password is case sensitive.

Please visit the Maryland State Department of Labor for information about GED diplomas and transcripts. If you're a current City Schools student, please contact your school to request records. All requests for other student records should be directed to Student Records.

All employees are expected to dress in professional business attire and exhibit good taste in grooming, clothing and hair style. Extremes in attire and appearance should be avoided. Sports and social fashion are not appropriate office apparel.
