Get University Of Memphis Transcript Request

If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via United States Postal Service.

You can also check order status by signing in to your account and clicking Orders. Under Where's my transcript? in the image below, you will see the status in orange. The Transcript status page explains the statuses in more detail.

You place your order on Parchment.com. Your institution reviews and approves your order. We send your transcript to its destination. You cannot send other admissions documents with your transcript through Parchment.

UofM has partnered with Parchment to provide a safe, secure, and efficient manner of ordering and delivering electronic transcripts. Any current or former student can request their UofM transcript online.

Current Students Login to myMemphis. > Go to your “Student” page, and and click on the Official Transcript link in the Registration and Records portlet. Because you have logged in, you will not be required to submit additional authorization.

Parchment then delivers official transcripts, electronically, ing to the receiving institution's preference. The student receives an email confirmation when the transcripts are sent, and if delivered electronically, when received as well.

Current students and alumni who need official transcript copies should order them online from the National Student Clearinghouse's Website (click direct link below). Current Students who need unofficial transcript copies can download a pdf copy from within Self-Service.

If they didn't receive the email, it may be in their Spam folder. If they still don't have it, let us know and we can resend the email. U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
