To be considered official, electronic transcripts must be sent to UT Dallas directly from your high school's approved service (i.e., Naviance, TREx, etc.). We do not accept scans, images or PDFs attached to emails as official documents.

Electronic transcripts are considered "official" when we receive them from a secure site formally linked to the sending institution or testing service.

High School Transcript Official can be sent electronically from your high school to processing@uttyler.edu. An official transcript signed and sealed by your high school may also be mailed to the address below or hand delivered to the One Stop Service Center.

Official transcripts should be mailed to: The Office of Graduate Admissions, STE 345. The University of Texas at Tyler. 3900 University Blvd. Tyler, Texas 75799. You may also email documents to ogs@uttyler.edu. Official electronic transcripts may be sent to this email address.

When in your MyUTTyler Student Homepage, select the Academic Records tile. Alternatively, from uttyler.edu/enroll, select the Transcript tile. This will open the Transcript webpage with a link to the order portal. Select “Request Official Transcript” from the left-hand menu.
