‭‬ Document Custodian Responsibilities The document custodian certifies the complete and accurate representation of the documents within its control. Under the terms of the Master Custodial Agreement, documents may be released to the Issuer from time to time in connection with servicing.

All credit documents must be no more than four months old on the note date (that is, the closing date of the construction loan). Additionally, income, employment, and credit report documents must be no more than four months old at the time of conversion to permanent financing.

Custodial Documents means all of the data and documents, including any replacements thereof or updates thereto, delivered by or on behalf of the Issuer or the Guarantor LP to the Custodian pursuant to the terms of the Transaction Documents or the requirements set out in the Guide; Sample 1Sample 2Sample 3.
