Parking citations may be appealed online from any computer, or in person using the self-service computers at the TAPS Customer Relations Office, 1273 Gale Lemerand Drive (located just north of Mowry Road at the front of Parking Garage 13), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Overtime and Restricted Parking - $36. Improper Parking - $29. Prohibited Parking - $46.

Failure to pay the fine or to file a statement of appeal within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the citation constitutes a default and the citation will be considered delinquent. The appropriate penalty, plus an additional $10.00 administrative fee shall be imposed.

All persons whose privilege to park on the University of Florida campus has been suspended have the right to appeal this suspension to restore that privilege. A successful appeal is the only way to restore this privilege before the next enforcement cycle.

USF Sarasota-Manatee CAMPUS Staff & Students USF St Petersburg – USF Sarasota-Manatee campus permits for students, staff, and faculty are valid in the USF St. Petersburg campus areas designated as Green parking. This includes the parking garage on levels 2-5 and parking lots 7, 8, 9, 11, 11B, 12, 17, and 19.

Payments may be made at the TAPS Customer Relations Office by cash, check, money order, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or debit card. Payments also may be made by check or money order at the after-hours drop box located by the front door of the TAPS Customer Relations Office or through campus or U.S. mail.

UF Transportation and Parking Services hands out 59,000 parking citations annually. Fees range from $15 to $250; however, students can appeal them to get the fee waived under certain circumstances.
