Send by Postal Mail: Official transcripts can be mailed in an institutional-sealed envelope to: Office of Admission, University of Houston-Welcome Center, 4434 University Drive, Houston, TX 77204 , U.S.A.

All students can submit official transcripts via email to incomingtranscripts@csus.edu (Must be sent directly from your school/college to be considered official transcripts.

A minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4-point grading scale, based on satisfactory completion (or be in the process of completing) the following college-preparatory curriculum: English (4 years) Math (3 years - through Algebra II)

You may request a transcript or verification online through Parchment. Cost for transcripts is $11.25 per transcript (regular processing) OR $25 per transcript (same-day processing or if mailing to an international address). Cost for verifications is $7.60 per verification.

Thomas students may request official transcripts online or by completing the Transcript Request Form. Online orders may be sent electronically to the desired destination. Paper transcripts requested via the Transcript Request Form can be mailed or picked up from the Office of Student Data and Registrar on the St.

Students may submit official, sealed transcripts in-person to the SAC Welcome Center, located in the Fletcher Administration Center (FAC) on the 2nd floor. Click here to view the campus map.

The Welcome Center provides call assistance at 972-883-2342 for general registration and academic records questions. Welcome Center hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Transcript orders must be placed online or in person. The University of Arizona does not accept transcript orders via fax, mail, email, or phone. No transcript will be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the university or if any restrictive holds have been placed on your student records.
