If the withdrawal or leave of absence is filed prior to the last day to withdraw from courses for the term, “W” will be recorded on the student's record.

As part of the qualitative measurement of SAP, a student must have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.00 (grade of C) when they have attempted sixty or more credits.
