Personal Registration Codes ADP distributes these codes by email to a unique work/personal email on file. You can also provide the codes to each user verbally or on paper. Depending on the services you use, the codes could also be sent automatically to your employees when they join or leave your company.

Enter Employee ID located on your paycheck or paystub under File (see screen shot below). Do not use the leading zeros. It should be a 6 digit number (blocked out on screen shot for security). Another source to find your Employee ID is on the Meritain card, listed as Member ID.

ADP® Automatic Data Processing.

On your ADP service website, enter the registration code in the format “CompanyID-companyspecificcode” (for example, CompanyID-200Alabama1943) from the welcome packet, email, or similar communication from your administrator. Enter your personal identity information. Complete additional verification, if required.

Please obtain your self-service registration code from your company Payroll or HR department. Once you have your registration code, you can register at login.adp.com. Select Register Now to start the registration process.

You receive a personal registration code (for example, b9a7q6re) in an email from ADP (SecurityServices_NoReply@adp.com) or shared by your administrator (verbally or in a secure communication).
