Start by navigating to your CAS > Experiences and select the experience you want to add to. Dates of your activity. If it is your CAS project (if it's not, ignore this) Name of supervisor and contact details.

Your CAS project requires a MINIMUM of TWO written reflections as well as evidence to SHOW that you have achieved what you have stated.

CAS Experiences are short projects that cover one or more of the CAS strands and achieve at least one or two learning outcomes. CAS experiences should last for about an hour and require one reflection.

The IBO states that students should “identify goals, develop strategies and determine further actions for personal growth”. So, analysing your goals, decisions, successes, problems, and ways of overcoming challenges are a few suggestions of what should be included in CAS reflections.
