You must complete a Resident Parking Permit Application Form, attaching copies of required documentation and payment. You should send your application and payment to: Resident Parking, Town Hall, Horton Street, London W8 7NX. It can take up to 10 working days for us to process your application.

If you do not have the facility to go on-line to apply for a parking permit you will need to contact Parking Services by emailing cpz@hertsmere.gov.uk or call 020 8207 7422 for advice on what to do. Please allow ten working days for your application to be processed.

Overview. You can apply for a residents' parking permit if you are a resident of a property in one of Hammersmith & Fulham's controlled parking zones (CPZs). The property must be your main, permanent home.

To buy visitor vouchers, you will need to provide 2 items from the list below as proof of your Lambeth address: driving licence (with current address) bank or credit card statement (dated within the last three months) utility bill (dated within the last three months) - mobile phone bills will not be accepted.

If your online application and payment is successful, you will be issued with a valid virtual permit straightaway.
