The meeting organizer can delete the transcript. Open the meeting and go to Recordings & Transcripts. to delete the transcript.

The transcription is stored together with the meeting recordings in OneDrive and SharePoint storage with an additional copy stored in the meeting organizer's Exchange Online account.

The recording and the transcripts must be deleted separately. If you delete the recording the transcript will still be viewable. To completely delete the recording transcript it has to be deleted both from within Teams and from within SharePoint/OneDrive.

Only users with permissions that includes files deleting permissions will be able to delete recording. In the Teams desktop app or Teams web, go to the teams channel were the meeting took place. After that you will get a prompt to confirm the deletion, select Delete.
