Please Note: All forms are interactive PDF fillable forms. The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for desktop or mobile may be required. All non-directory information must be transmitted by email only through the official Baruch College email address.

Instructions: Log into CUNYfirst and click Student Center. Near the bottom of the page you will see a section labeled Personal Information. Click the drop and select Addresses. Click the button to Add a New Address (or click Edit if you already have a mailing address indicated.)

The number of formats available to students will vary from course to course. HyFlex courses are In-Person with the option of synchronous online, and/or asynchronous online contact hours. Contact includes instruction, learning activities, and interactions (both student-student and/or student-instructor).

You can also continue to email the office at Registrar@ccny.cuny.edu with inquiries as well as the scanning and emailing of your forms for processing.

The Macaulay application requires test scores, two essays and two letters of recommendation. If Baruch is your first choice for honors, make sure to list it as such on your application.

Please bring two (2) types of appropriate documentation; one type of documentation must be either a marriage certificate, passport, birth certificate, social security card, divorce decree or a court order, the second must be a Photo ID. Students must notify Social Security of any legal name change.

You are required to submit two essays. A third optional essay may be submitted.

Submit your completed CUNY Application by the priority deadline. Applications are only accepted online. An official transcript is required to apply.
