With ASUS Premium Care, you can extend your warranty period, expand the warranty coverage, and add extra protection to your ASUS Products with hassle-free repair or replacement.

If the Product fails during normal and proper use within the Warranty Period, ASUS will repair or replace the defective parts of the Product, or the Product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied.

Effective Date of Warranty means the date the express limited warranty goes into effect. That date will be the earliest of: (1) the closing date on which You purchased the Home, or (2) the date anyone first began living in the Home if before Your closing date.

Customer shall visit any of the authorized ASUS Service Centers in Malaysia or Brunei along with the damaged unit and purchase receipt/invoice from the retail stores where the unit is purchased at. ASUS shall carry out purchase validation at the time when customer claims for ASUS Perfect Warranty.
