Active licensees are required to complete 18 clock hours of education every two years. Education requirements will be due every time you renew your two-year license.

Licenses lapsed less than 30 days require no additional continuing education and a fee of $110 for sales agents and $116 for brokers. Licenses lapsed for more than 1 year cannot be renewed. You must reapply for licensure as a new applicant.

Title producers must complete 12 hours of continuing education each two (2) year renewal period, three (3) of the 12 hours being in ethics. 50% of the required hours must be completed in certified classroom or classroom equivalent courses. Utah producers can take CE courses in any line of authority.
