Visit .kohls.com/rebate to locate and print your rebate form. In order to qualify for a rebate, the purchase must be made within the timeframe listed, which is in Central Standard Time.

For rebate-eligible products, Download your rebate form and print it. You'll need Adobe Reader to view and print the form once it's downloaded. If you don't have Adobe Reader, download it here. You must use a separate mailing envelope and form for each rebate.

Step 1: Filter by category or brand or search by model number below to find available rebates. Step 2: Download and print form. If Adobe Reader is not installed, download now. Step 3: Submit completed form and required store receipt or email confirmation.
