Visit .kohls.com/rebate to locate and print your rebate form. In order to qualify for a rebate, the purchase must be made within the timeframe listed, which is in Central Standard Time.

For rebate-eligible products, Download your rebate form and print it. You'll need Adobe Reader to view and print the form once it's downloaded. If you don't have Adobe Reader, download it here. Questions about the rebate form or its offer should be directed to the contact information on the rebate form.

You must use a separate mailing envelope and form for each rebate.

Step 1: Filter by category or brand or search by model number below to find available rebates. Step 2: Download and print form. If Adobe Reader is not installed, download now. Step 3: Submit completed form and required store receipt or email confirmation.

Many stores and products offer rebates. Often, to qualify for a rebate, customers like you are forced to physically print and mail the rebate form: you're not allowed to apply/qualify for the rebate online. They do this to reduce the number of people who collect on the rebate.

Once you receive your item in the mail, cut the UPC barcode off the box. Find the original receipt or packing slip in the box. Fill out the rebate form for the eligible product(s). Place the UPC, receipt, and rebate form in an envelope and drop it in the mail!
