Yard sales are limited to four (4) such permits may be issued to one residential location, residence, and/or family household during any calendar year.

Sales are limited between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. for no more than 3 consecutive days. Permits are issued by the Codes Department and must be picked up in person. A processing fee of $2 is required for all permits.

Permit Fee is $5 for two consecutive days. Allowed two permits per calendar year for each location. Print and complete the permit application and bring to City Hall to receive your permit.
