Step 1 - Obtain building permit application and submittal packet from the Utah County Community Development Office or website. Step 2 - Complete a building permit application and compile all associated documentation. Step 3 - Submit all required documentation. (Pay application fee, if applicable).

You can check the status of a permit via Martin County's online permit system, also known as Accela Citizen Access (ACA). You do not need a login in order to search permits or permit status.

Permits Required Building permits are required for all decks that are attached to the home, greater than 200 sq. ft. and are 30 inches or more above grade and that serve either the primary exit door or other exits.

Conditional Use Permit: The approval granted by a Land Use Authority to establish a Conditional Use, which may provide for reasonable conditions to establish such use. A property owner(s), as identified on the assessment rolls of Millard County, may submit a Conditional Use Application.

​ Receive Permit NOTE: Owner-Builders are required by Florida Statute to personally appear at the Lee County Public Works Building, 1500 Monroe St., Fort Myers, FL 33901 to sign for the building permit regardless of how it was submitted. Permits and the approved plans will be issued in person at that time.
