What nidirect is. nidirect is the official government website for Northern Ireland citizens. nidirect aims to make it easier to access government information and services. It does this by working closely with Northern Ireland departments and other public bodies to collate key information based on users' needs.

AccessNI account You must create an nidirect account and log in to apply. You can link your AccessNI account to your nidirect account. Log in to your nidirect account and follow the instructions for linking accounts.

They are not suitable for roles working with children or vulnerable adults. An individual cannot apply for a standard check. An application for a standard check must be counter-signed by an AccessNI-registered organisation. You must be 16 years of age or older to get a standard check.

CICA compensation amounts for a criminal injury are 100% of the first injury (most serious injury), 30% of the second (most serious) injury and 15% of the third (most serious) injury. If injuries are the same severity, one is calculated at the lower percentage.
