Yuba County Library Card Application Photo ID and proof of current address are required to obtain a library card. Under age 18 a parent/guardian must present photo ID and proof of current address. Guardian must present proof of guardianship. Library cards are free to applicants who reside within the state of California or to patrons serving in the Armed Forces stationed within Yuba County. Library cards are permanent and privileges must be renewed every year. Privileges will only be renewed when patron presents photo ID proof of current address and the patron account is clear of fines and any overdue materials Library materials include books audio cassettes audio CDs video cassettes DVDs computers and digital books for adults and children.
