All registered cablers must maintain records of their work and provide a compliance declaration form to the customer. This form is the Telecommunications Cabling Advice form (TCA 1).

TCA1 form. You must sign this form every time you finish a job for a customer. It tells your customer what work you have done and confirms that you have followed the standards.
