Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under “Transcripts from Ontario High Schools” and “Find out if you are eligible”.

Electronic copies of documents can be uploaded through your Launchpad portal. If your institution isn't able to send a hard copy of the document, they can email an electronic copy to transcripts@ualberta.ca.

Transcripts are available to all former and current students on request for a fee. The TDSB has launched a new online request for Ontario Transcripts/Student Records (OTSR) application and integrated online payment system. To submit an online request, click the link https://otsr.tdsb.on.ca/ and follow the instructions.

Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.
