Table Change Logging must be activated for each table individually with transaction SE13 (Maintain Technical Settings (Tables)) by enabling the Log Data Changes checkbox. In many SAP standard tables this logging flag is already set.

Check Logging Status Choose the transaction Analysis of Logged Customizing Objects and Tables (SCU3). Enter the name of the table or customizing object whose log settings you want to check. Choose Analyze Logs. Choose Logging: Display Status. The logging status is shown in the following dialog screen.

We can see all types of changes for a table using SM30 t-code. Here you can see the all table changes log including Z table also. To view the changes log, we have to sure about one thing. Enter you table name, then press display, You will find a technical setting tab.

Use transaction SE13 to change the Log data changes flag for these or other tables. For more information, also see SAP Notes 1916 and 112388.

Now go to SM35 and select your batch job. You will have the following log overview screen. Select the log overview line and click on “Display” button. Select “Spreadsheet” option and download to the required location on your computer.

Once the table logging is activated for your table, all changes can be seen in transaction SCU3. If table logging is not currently active in your system (see important note below), you will receive a pop-up message in SCU3 to tell you this.

Go to SM35. Select your session and press (Shift + F12). A new screen with the title “Batch Input: Export and Import of Sessions” will be opened. Select the “Export” and “Folder” radio buttons.
