In the Search menu, click Past Years' Students. The Inactive Student Search (Past Years) page appears. Follow the same procedure as an advanced student search [>>].

Students simply enter their STUDENT ID and STUDENT PASSWORD printed on the bottom of the PowerSchool letter to access their information. This is their permanent username and password.

Search Command Line The command line should appear in this format: [field name][comparator][search argument]. For example, to find all of the students in your school whose first name is Kate, you would enter First_Name=kate in the Search field.

Your student's Access ID and password is generated and administered by your school district to protect your student's information. If you have not received an Access ID and password, we would suggest contacting your school district directly to receive them.

A page named “Parent Search” is available in PowerSchool and is accessible Start Page > Parent Search. This page allows you to search for parent accounts, including searching by first name, last name, email address, or you can browse by the first letter of the last name.
