To retrieve your records, go to the United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC) website. Log in using either the CAC option, or the DS Logon option, if separated. From the navigation menu, select the Reserve/Retiree/Veteran Record button at the top left of the screen.

Go to Army AKO at .us.army.mil. Select “ORB: Officer Record Brief”/ “ERB: Enlisted Record Brief” link under Army Links column on right side of the screen. Once forwarded to the ORB/ERB page, select the “view/print” button. Save as a PDF to your desktop, where they can be easily retrieved.
