A summer staple in Milwaukee that is all about (mainly fried) food, music, and rides, yet the educational opportunity that it provides in the agricultural field is what I think is truly worth visiting for. The agricultural pavilion is pretty cool.

Vendors inside State Fair have the option of accepting cash as a form of payment. Most vendors will accept both cash and credit cards. Need more cash? We've got you covered with ATMs throughout State Fair.

Prices at the 2024 State Fair Entrances are as follows: Adults (12 & over) – $18. Seniors (60 & over) – $13. Military/Veterans with ID – $13.

Sealed bottled water. Soft-sided coolers for infants/family or dietary needs. Empty cups, like the State Fair Souvenir Cup, or empty water bottles. Seat cushions (No stadium seats)

PERMITTED: All bags (clear, backpack, tote, camera) 9” x 10” x 12” or smaller will be permitted. Empty soft-sided bags, totes, backpacks, etc. regardless of size are permitted and will be searched.

Onsite Parking Parking is $15 per vehicle and $8 per motorcycle. Preferred Parking and Accessible Parking options are available. Parking services at State Fair Park are provided by Interstate Parking Company. All parking is first come, first served.

Fairgoers seventeen (17) years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (age 21+) to enter Wisconsin State Fair Park beginning at 5pm each day of the Fair. Each parent or guardian may only chaperone up to six (6) minors per day.

The Wisconsin State Fair is an annual event held at the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. The modern fair takes place in August (occasionally beginning late July) and lasts 11 days.
