The Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY) The SAVRY comprises 24 items organised into three risk domains: Historical (10 items), Social/Contextual (6 items), and Individual/Clinical (8 items). Each item has a three level rating structure ranging from “0 = low” to “1 = moderate” to “2 = high”.
