How long will it take to receive my MCSR? You should receive your registration within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive a completed and correct application online or by mail. Processing an MCSR takes 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of a completed and correct application.

Non-controlled substances Federal law does not put a time limit on filling prescriptions for non-controlled drugs. Eight states don't define a time limit either, including California, Massachusetts, and New York. However, most states have laws limiting the time to one year after the date the prescription is written.
