You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.

Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. This would include (but is not limited to) items such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and any other items that use flammable liquids or gases.

Often, you can return an item for a full refund if you have a receipt. You might also want to exchange the item or ask for store credit. However, the store ultimately decides whether to take the item back and whether to give you something in return.

Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.

If you still have the original packaging, receipt, and still within 90 days, you can return most opened or used items. With used items, it often comes down to the amount of “wear & tear” the product shows and is typically handled on a case-by-case basis.

You can return items shipped to your home at your local store for free or ship back your order by initiating a return using our digital self-service tool accessible from your order history page.
