FAQ: Paid Parental Leave (PPL)

Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) is a financial management services firm that has been contracted with your employer's Managed Care Organization to provide fiscal/employer agent (F/EA) services on your behalf. These services allow you to work for your employer and be paid with Medicaid funds.

Public Partnerships | PPL supports Medicaid eligible individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities while “self” directing their own long-term home care.

The whole process will take 1 to 2 pay cycles from the time we receive your completed and signed application. If there is a change in bank account information, your PPL payment account will be taken off Direct Deposit status until the new bank account information is verified. Verification may take a few weeks.

PCG Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL) is the fiscal intermediary (FI) for the PPP, and is responsible for handling payroll responsibilities, acting as a bookkeeping service, processing time sheets and issuing paychecks to your workers.

How does it work? Time4Care EVV uses a clock to track your start time, end time, and total time for each shift worked. The GPS (Global Positioning System) within your smart phone or tablet captures your current location at the start and end of each shift.
