From "Profile & settings," you can manage all of your contact information, including the email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses you've provided to Chase.

If you're an existing customer, just sign in to chase.com to send us a secure message. From your accounts page, go to the side menu (the three-line icon in the top left corner) and choose "Secure messages."

Sign in to your chase.com account and choose the “Pay & transfer” option, then choose “Pay bills”. Choose “Pay-from accounts,” then choose “External accounts”. Add the external bank account that you'll use to make a payment to your Chase mortgage or home equity line of credit.

When you sign in for the first time or with a device we don't recognize, we'll ask you for your username, password and a temporary identification code, which we'll send you by phone, email or text message. Once you give us the identification code, we'll sign you securely into your accounts.

Documents can be securely e-mailed at chase.com. After signing into chase.com, choose the main menu in the upper left corner and then "Secure messages." Compose a new message, choose the "Add/Remove Attachments" button to attach documents securely.

You may have answered security questions incorrectly. Your credit report may be locked or frozen. Your credit profile may contain erroneous information. You may have already verified your identity with ID.me.

Assets. Statements: Bank statements for the last three months, including savings, checking and investment accounts. Be sure to copy all pages of your statements. If you don't receive paper statements, print your entire online statement.
