USAREC's subordinate structure includes seven recruiting brigades and one outreach brigade.

The brigade has seven recruiting battalions divided into 48 companies and 333 stations.

The Army Command Structure The Army has three types of commands: Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs) and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs). The four Army Commands perform many Title 10 functions across multiple disciplines.

The base population is comprised of 285 Active Duty/AGR Army Recruiters, 28 Civilian Staff, and 160 Family Members.

Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) Ngaropo is responsible for the leadership, officership, mentorship and direction of the Warrant Officer cohort. He is charged with creating a culture of professionalism and esprit de corps for the multi-component (Active, Guard and Reserve) team.

In order to become a Warrant Officer, you must be an active-duty, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard enlisted Soldier and demonstrate expert proficiency in your skill and craft. You must also show a drive for growth in areas like leadership and discipline, and meet other success requirements.

USAREC is a major subordinate command under the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and is commanded by a Major General and assisted by a Deputy Commanding General (Brigadier General) and a Command Sergeant Major.
