You can check Circuit to see where your package is in real-time if you have your USPS package tracking number. You can contact a USPS customer service representative a few days from when your package was sent if it is still missing. Make sure you give the tracking number to help the USPS find your package.

The best way to track a package without tracking number is by setting up a USPS Informed Delivery Account. It allows you to digitally preview your mail, manage package deliveries, and track your packages. Best of all, it doesn't cost anything.

To view your order status: Sign in and select Order Status from the Account menu. Enter your order number and select Find Order. You will see your real-time order status.

Enter the USPS tracking number (to find it, simply look at the bottom of a shipping label) in the search bar; do not include any dashes or spaces. Click on “Check Status”. View the scan history and status information of your package.
