Websites must be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR). For content to be perceivable, users must be able to perceive that the content exists. It cannot be hidden from users that aren't able to use all of their senses.

WCAG 2.0 is based on four main guiding principles of accessibility known by the acronym POUR perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG, is considered to be the benchmark for website accessibility. Created by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), following WCAG guidelines is the best and the easiest way of making your website usable for all of your customers.

UFAS means the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards for the design, construction or alteration of buildings and facilities to ensure that they are readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities, 24 C.F.R §40, Appendix A.

WCAG 2.0 refers to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which are published by the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 provide recommendations for making Web content more accessible.
