Get Insertion Order

In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects > Companies. In the Automation section, select the Create and associate companies with contacts checkbox.

In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Companies. Click the name of the company you want to edit. In the right panel, on the Related companies card, click Add parent company or Add child company. If there is no Related companies card, a super admin may have removed it from the right sidebar view.

Open Contacts page. Select required contacts. Click "Edit" -> pick "Company Name" -> type company name. Open the copany record you would like to add contacts to.

Create companies In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Companies. In the upper right, click Create company. In the right panel, enter the properties of the company. Once you've filled in the company's name and/or domain name, additional fields will appear.

Create a deal using a workflow Depending on your account's HubSpot subscription, you can use the Create a deal action in the workflows tool to automatically trigger a deal creation when a record meets certain conditions.

Associated Company is a relationship between a Contact Record and a Company Record, and Company name is a text field on the Contact Record - the two are completely independent of each other.

In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Companies. In the upper right, click Create company. In the right panel, enter the properties of the company. Once you've filled in the company's name and/or domain name, additional fields will appear.

When a new visitor fills in and submits a HubSpot form, a contact record for their email address will be created in HubSpot automatically.
