The My WU® program gives Western Union customers the convenience of sending and resending. As a sender, your information is tied to your My WU number and/or phone number and each person you send to is stored for easy resends. Additional identification to your My WU card may be required.

Download the Western Union app to your smartphone. Log in with your Western Union credentials. Select "My WU" from the menu. Tap "Redeem points" Select the reward you would like to redeem and confirm.

Log in to the My WU portal to see your My WU number and your available points. Open the WU mobile app and login to your profile. Tap Menu. Your My WU available points balance will be displayed automatically.

You can redeem your points for a discount2 on your next transfer. When using your My WU points to reduce your Western Union transfer fee1, the following line will appear on your transfer summary: Promo code has been applied to your transfer. You can also take advantage of special promotions throughout the year.

When you send online or with the Western Union® app, the receiver can get funds directly deposited into one of billions of bank accounts around the world or pick up cash in-person at an agent location near them.

Log in to your profile and go to the Menu at the top of the screen. Select My WU Rewards from the dropdown, and your available points balance will be displayed automatically. Log in to the My WU portal to see your My WU number and your available points. Open the WU mobile app and login to your profile.

Visit an Agent Location: Use our online Agent locator to find a location near you. Provide the following information to the Agent Clerk. Correct money transfer control number (MTCN). Sender's name. Where money was sent from. Expected amount. Valid ID. Test question and answer (if applicable) Receive the Money.
