Customize filter cards. On the top right corner of a quick filter is a tiny arrow for a drop-down menu. Click on that menu and select Format Filters. A new pane will open on the right LEFT side of your workbook with options to format the Title and the Body of the filter. You can select font, font size and weight and color options from here.

Go to the child of the dropdown titled 'Label' and from there you can change the Text settings including font size on the Text component. Best to set both overflows to 'overflow' so that when you increase the size the text doesn't disappear.
