You can retrieve a copy online. To obtain your Form I-94 record, go to CBP's Form I-94 Web page and agree to the terms listed on the page. You will be directed to the Form I-94 information page. Enter your name, date of birth and passport information to retrieve your Form I-94.

If a traveler would like a paper Form I-94, the traveler can print their own I-94 Form from the I-94 website using "Get Most Recent I-94" or by using the same option on the CBP One™ mobile application.

Travelers may visit .cbp.gov/I94 to retrieve their electronic I-94 number. Upon entering the U.S., travelers will receive a paper with instructions on how to access the website. Individuals can visit .cbp.gov/I94 to retrieve a copy of their electronic Form I-94.

If you need a copy of your I-94 record of admission for verification of alien registration, immigration status or employment authorization, it can be obtained at .cbp.gov/I94.

There is no fee for the I-94 form. That's true whether you're arriving by land, air, or sea, and regardless of whether you get a paper or electronic record. If you're arriving at a land border port of entry, you can optionally apply online for a provisional I-94 one week or less before your arrival date.

Visiting the U.S. & Arriving via a Land Border? A Form I-94 is needed by all visitors except: U.S. Citizens, returning resident aliens, aliens with immigrant visas, and most Canadian citizens visiting or in transit. Travelers will be issued an I-94 during the admission process at the port of entry.
