Supportive housing starts with an affordable home and adds on site mental health and wellness care services for residents.

Young adults (aged 25 years or younger) leaving or having recently left foster care or who had been in foster care for more than a year after their 16th birthday and who are at-risk of street homelessness or sheltered homelessness.

It can take several weeks or months to find appropriate housing, as there are a limited number of vacancies in the system and searching for supportive housing can be very time consuming.
