Get Nomination Cancellation Form

NSDL has launched the online opt-in / opt-out facility for nomination wherein the existing Demat account holder (applicable for single account holder only) will have the ability to opt-in / opt-out of nomination in an online mode on NSDL web portal viz., https://eservices.nsdl.com/instademat-kyc-nomination/#/login.

Step 2: Click on Account. Step 3: Click on Nominees. Step 4: Click on Add nominee (Up to 3 nominees can be added). Step 5: Enter the nominee details and upload nominee ID proof.

* Use of ISR-3 (ie to Opt-Out of Nomination OR if “No_Nomination” is required by the investor ) will be applied for the entire securities against the said Folio.

The nomination made through Form No. SH-13 will be considered valid if the nomination made by the holder[s] of the shares is registered with the company before the death of the registered holder[s] of the shares.

* Use of ISR-3 (ie to Opt-Out of Nomination OR if “No_Nomination” is required by the investor ) will be applied for the entire securities against the said Folio.

Single account holders can update the nominee details by online nomination process.

The nomination made through Form No. SH-13 will be considered valid if the nomination made by the holder[s] of the shares is registered with the company before the death of the registered holder[s] of the shares.
