Real Estate Contract Seller Counteroffer Form – This real estate counteroffer form is intended to be used by a property seller regarding the real estate sale contract which was already agreed and signed by him and the buyer.

The counteroffer addendum is used to change specific provisions in a purchase agreement offer. The blank indicates the number of business days following the date of final acceptance that a buyer must perform inspections.
