Search for Santa Monica College in the School Name search bar. Highlight the school name and click on Submit. Enter your information in the secured page. Check your delivery status and click the (+) to view your Form 1098-T.

Send waiver requests to ScienceWaivers@smc.edu. Be sure to include scanned transcripts, web links to official course descriptions or course outlines, scanned syllabi (optional but recommended), and anything else you think would assist in verifying your waiver.

Form 1098-T reports activity occurring in the calendar year. Therefore, if the total aid you received during the calendar year (reportable in Box 5) exceeds the qualified tuition and related expenses (QTRE) paid during the same calendar year, you will not receive a Form 1098-T.

Fees cannot be postponed. Full payment of enrollment fees is required by the Payment Deadline for the term. Following the Payment Deadline, you will have until midnight of the date you add a class to pay for your fees or your class will be dropped.
