The State Board is operating 16X6 HELP LINE (Toll Free No. 1800 345 3390) and is in the process of setting up of Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS), which has already been hosted on the State Data Centre. In addition, Paribesh App of the WBPCB has already been launched.
