If they didn't receive the email, it may be in their Spam folder. If they still don't have it, let us know and we can resend the email. U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed.

If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via United States Postal Service.

Electronic transcript orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Mailed paper transcript orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

For requesting a transcript from the Bureau, please use the "Transcript Request Form" form. For additional information on recently closed schools, please visit bppe.ca.gov/students/guide.shtml. For assistance following the closure of your bureau approved school, contact the Office of Student Assistance and Relief.

If your order is being delivered by USPS, please allow 7-10 business days to be received. If it has been 7-10 business days and you have not received your order in the mail, please contact Member Support. You can also check order status by signing in to your account and clicking Orders.

Original transcripts may be mailed to our office, provided to county official, or submitted as an eScrip (electronic transcript) sent directly from institution to our office to cert.transcripts.wvde@k12.wv.us. Electronic copies forwarded from applicant's email are not accepted.

If you order an electronic transcript, the recipient will receive an email with a link in it to access your transcript, or, if they are part of the Parchment network, the electronic transcript will land in their Parchment account.

You may request an official copy of your high school transcripts online through https://achieve.lausd.net/transcripts and click on the "Order Student Records" button and select the appropriate icon. Please contact your former school to check if your records are at the school.
