For optimum, long-lasting results, a course of ten sessions is recommended, taken twice weekly over 5 weeks. After your course, you can have a 'maintenance' session once every 4 to 6 weeks.

This is a considerable investment in both time and money, but I definitely think it's worth it. You complete the 10 sessions over a period of 4/5 weeks and then top up every 4-6 weeks, just like a regular facial.

Once your course has finished you will never need another course again, unless, you leave a period of up to 6 months without a CACI treatment. However, we do recommend monthly maintenance – a bit like going to the gym, but much more enjoyable!

The course is taken over a six week period, and you need to be available to have ideally three or two CACI Each week in the first two weeks. During the course of treatments, the aim is to re-train the muscles of your face., as well as stimulating anti-ageing proteins such as collagen and elastin.

The recommended age to start having these treatments as a preventative is 25-30 years of age. As a corrective treatment to lift and re-educate the muscles, minimising lines, it is recommended to receive treatment between 40-80 years of age.

If you stop, the results will gradually diminish and your facial muscles may eventually return to how they were before treatments commenced. Caci benefits will start disappearing with the passing of time.
