The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) is a Masonic youth service organization that teaches leadership training through community service. The International Order Of The Rainbow for Girls is a character building organization for girls between 11 and 20 years old. It also offers a “Pledge” Group for younger girls. Its purpose is to promote skills related to leadership, effective communication and service to others.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls has an active membership across the world. Our organization has 275,000 members in 45 states and in 9 foreign countries: Queensland and New South Wales, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Aruba, Japan, the Philippines, Canada and Germany.

Originally the Rainbow Girls were created for Masonic daughters and their friends, but today any girl who is interested in joining Rainbow Girls is welcome.

After you sign your application, have two Rainbow girls and an adult sign it, then return it to the assembly. Then two members of the local advisory board will come out and meet with the prospect member's parents. This gives parents an opportunity to ask any questions that they might have about the order.
