We aren't a part of any denomination, but rather than calling New Covenant “non-denominational” we think it's more accurate to refer to our fellowship as “multi-denominational.”

New Covenant theology (or NCT) is a Christian theological position teaching that the person and work of Jesus Christ is the central focus of the Bible.

We believe that God Justifies sinners. This happens through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through Christ's death and resurrection, and our subsequent faith in that work we are declared righteous. Not because we have earned it, but because Jesus earned it for us.

FCC is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) denomination. The Covenant's core beliefs are summed up in six affirmations: We affirm the centrality of the Word of God.

We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal felicity of the righteous, and the endless suffering of the wicked. We believe in God as the Creator of all things.

The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) is a Radical Pietistic denomination of evangelical Christianity. The denomination has 129,015 members in 878 congregations and an average worship attendance of 219,000 people in the United States and Canada with ministries on five continents.

Who We Are. Covenant Church was founded in 1976 by Pastors Mike and Kathy Hayes in Carrollton, Texas. With a promise from God and a passion for reaching this community, Covenant Church grew from a small gathering in Old Town Carrollton to multiple campuses across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Generally speaking, Covenant Theology emphasizes continuity to the expense of discontinuity. Since the Westminster Confession of Faith is structured around CT, it is mostly Presbyterians who adhere to CT, although others do as well (e.g., Reformed Baptists).
