You can return any unwanted item(s) to a Boots store within 35 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement free of charge. We can only replace like for like item(s). Medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they're faulty.

You will need to provide proof of purchase and package your items correctly so that they are transported back to Boots safely. A courier service is often easier as the courier can come and collect the goods from your home or work address. Items cannot be exchanged however they can be refunded or replaced by Boots.

Each boot is handcrafted in Bozeman, MT from the finest hand picked leathers. We import our high performance, hand-laid vulcanized bottoms for unsurpassed strength, durability and comfort.

Return Policy We will evaluate your boots and determine whether a defect exists, normal wear and tear is excluded. If you are returning boots for refund or exchange, we ask that they be tried on in your house and not used in the field. To get full credit, they must be sent back to us in like-new condition.

SCHNEE'S PAC BOOT REBUILD SERVICE At our repair shop, your boots will be rebuilt by the same artisans who originally made your boots using authentic Schnee's rubber bottoms. Simply return your CLEANED pair of boots to us with the proper payment and instructions, and our artisans will take it from there.
